WHAT IS REACTIVATE? article ouvert

Candidates for a mobility in an EU Member State can benefit from support measures to make their professional project abroad a reality: information on the labour market and living conditions in the country of destination, writing their C.V. and preparing for job interviews in line with the recruitment practices of the destination country, job-hunting, and so on.

Financial support can be allocated to job-seekers who have found a job for a period of at least 6 months in an EU Member State.

  • The amount of support varies depending on the host country
  • These grants can cover expenses relating to job interviews, relocations, language courses, or the recognition of qualifications.
  • These grants can only be allocated if the applicant does not benefit from other types of financial support

To SME employers in an EU Member State that wish to hire candidates, the Reactivate programme offers:

  • Services to facilitate their hiring process: assistance for the publication of vacancies, advice about the hiring process of employees from another EU Member State and preselection of candidates, support on how to design integration programmes, and so on.
  • Financial support to help them implement an integration programme for newly-recruited applicants of over 35 years of age.

End of the programme: June 2018
